Love the TV you can do so much more than a regular TV. it's like an Android phone, easy to navigate.

Actually I ended up with an upgraded tv due to the Sony model I had bought was damaged on 2 different units. The 4K that I have ended up with is a great tv and the bestbuy manager on west Kellog in Wichita Kansas has superior customer service! I will go to this location for all future purchases

I like using my fireTV for all streaming, but if I didn't have a fireTV...I'd probably just use the apps on the TV. Very nice. And a working web browser. picture is excellent. Good TV.

I got the deal on Sony TV along with PS4 Pro during thanksgiving so got a good deal. The TV is worth for all the experience you may need from the TV. Netflix button is on the remote so fairly easy to switch to Netflix. TV works good with the home internet and has a good cast from my laptop or phone. Audio is decent enough but not that great if you care about the Bass, acoustics. You probably need external speakers.

Got with PS4 pro... not sure if the hdr is on with the PS4 4K but it still is a good picture

For an attractive tv with a good picture you can't beat Sony. We are very with our purchase

Tv has a great look and feel adding the 4k feature as well as the ps4 pro its a no brainer

The clarity is unbelievable! We can actually see each minute movement of a swimmer, football player etc.

Easy set up. The Picture actually looks as good as the 65 inch XBR850 that I purchased. I like the operating system. I went in to purchase a Samsung but liked the picture on this better and the money was about the same.

Set up was easy, the picture is awesome, I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

I still had a projection tv which is so out of date. It only had one hdmi port and ports for many wires. Couldn't set up my new xbox one to it. But this new tv is everything. It has 4 hdmi ports and has netflix (no more laptop). I even hooked up a sound bar to it. Great buy/

The problem with buying new technology when they first come out is that the peripherals that accompany is not as advanced. Therefore, the picture quality is not as it should be. The shows are not shot in 4K, the cable boxes are not all in 4K, so I have a 4K TV with HD capabilities. But the picture looked so good in the store.

It has good picture. Wish I knew how to turn it off without having to use the remote

I've always purchased Samsung televisions because my family always purchased that brand. I never ventured out to find out anything else. I saw the display quality in the store and fell in love. Once purchased and mounted on the wall it was over. I am sold!

Grear TV for the money, had everything I wanted. 4k HDR 10 bit color. Unfortunately it does not have the Wide color gamout. But the tv looks great. With my Ps4 pro. Tv's sound is not good. Get ready to buy a sound bar or something to make up for terrible speakers.

This is a great purchase I can say I couldn't be too much more happy about. You almost feel like you have "free features", being as it is the only 55" model that was in the store at this price point, that had UHD and built in Android platform. I use mine to stream, using Kodi, without needing a Firestick. It's great! You'll be happy too when you compare features with others in this budget's class.

This TV replaced an older style so we weren't even used to watching HD. We are amazed at the clear picture, the great sound and the way the TV looks in the room. No technical issues and We love the "smart" aspect - being able to get Netflix on a great screen is wonderful.
