Sony 55"

We have used it in the Smart-mode and it works/connects well. We now have cable connection as well and easily switch between the modes. I was very pleased with the crew that delivered the TV and set it up for us.

For the money, this TV gave us the best of both. After reading about TV's online, I asked the salesman which brand he would buy and guess what the answer was....... Sony.

Worth my wait!

My old TV was the old school 55 inch projection screen. You know the kind. The size of a beast and then some. Hahaha this new 55 inch Sony is incredible and makes me appreciate watching TV even more.

Problem Fixed

Best Buy could not have made the exchange any better. They checked out the problem and exchanged the tv really quick. Thank you Best Buy!! Your service was really great!!

Sony 4K

The picture is so realistic that I'm watching movies that I seen before and they seem to be different. It doesn't compare to any of the previous TVs I've ever owned. Sometimes I feel like I'm in the room with the movie

Excellent tv for the price.

My only disappointment was as quickly as the price guarantee had expired, the price went down another $100. If I would have bought the tv two days later I could have saved $100.

The results are fantastic! We have never had this quality of video before. Transitioning between streaming services and the fiber television is easy.

Best smart TV purchase experience

Solid tv

You pay a little more than you would for an Insignia or Vizio, but you do get a better tv. That said, it's not a premium model either. You can take a look at the Sony 930 series, or any OLED, and see the marked improvement. However, those are all priced much higher.
