Went in looking for another tv that was not available anymore. The sales person showed us this one, and it looked even better than the one we had come in for! Love it!!

We just bought the TV for our new house in St. Louis County. We have not completely moved out of our current home in Oklahoma, so have only used the TV a couple of times.

I ended up paying a little more to get this TV after talking with the Best Buy representative. and I'm glad I did. Excellent viewing for sports games, Netflix and Amazon.

All around great TV. Sony never disappoints! Easy to set up, HDR is worth getting and I will continue to choose Sony b/c of the quality and longevity I've always had.

This was an upgrade from a 32" tube TV. All I can say is WOW! This thing is amazing. Had been looking for a while but finally chose this. Perfect size, amazing quality.

This is a fantastic TV for the price. The HDR capability and the ability to upgrade lower than 4K pictures makes the picture so sharp. The only downfall is the user interface. It has a little bit of a delay and it's not as user friendly as LG or Samsung TVs.

The guy helping me at best buy said that this is not "true 4k" but it seems fine to me. The specs check out and with HDR I am not sure why it wouldn't be native 4k.

The TV is overall good, just missing a few features; the TV is not compatible with some apps, like Direct TV now and Youtube TV. Also, it has voice search capabilities, but the remote that comes with the TV does not have the microphone integrated.

Clear picture nice to have Android running on it. The only down side is since the last two updates the TV has been having issues. Network connections and random reboots. It would not differ me from choosing this TV again if I had too. So far enjoying it

Right out of box, easy to install and mount a sound bar to. Picture very sharp and bright. Remote very easy to use. Overall, this was a good purchase. No problems!

Purchased this tv to watch sports. It has a decent picture and refresh rate. However, had to buy a Roku Premiere+ to stream. If you have Spectrum/Time Warner I recommend you buy a Samsung TV as it is able run the Spectrum App. Sony cannot.

I had my old flat Sony tv for 8 years without any problems. I wanted Sony again, did not look at the other brands. Excellent technology advance after 8 years.

This item is connected through DISH. Enjoying the picture quality and especially when programs are broadcast in UHD - can't wait for more content in this format.

We bought the TV with the 4k and Sling built in as an APP. We unplugged from Comcast and were told this would be enough for us to get most of the same channels we were able to get. The picture on the TV is not nearly as good as it was in the store. Sling doesn't work half the time, and when it does, and we are watching sports the picture is HORRIBLE. We had the Geek Squad come in Saturday to help and all they told us was to try getting yet another Roku box (4k) and see if that helps. So another $100.00 to the Geek Squad and another $140.00 to get another Roku, and that still might not resolve our issues. Nothing was resolved. All we can do now is get another box and see if that helps

I really like this TV. It has everything I need. Love the apps especially my Netflix and Hulu being so handy. Great volume control and nice simple remote.

I reviewed this product online, went to two different stores and both of the salespeople also recommended this product. I am very happy with it so far.

I am impressed with the size and since it was a sony I bought. it. Dont have any complaints at this time. I thought the picture would have been great since it supposed to be hd. I guess I just expected too much. Needs improvement on the sound

So far satisfied with my purchase! Excellent choice it was! Only thing not figured out so far is why apps dont offer same things they do on our phones?

I like the built in feature of android SONG updates this TV fast at least every two months it’s like getting a new tv lol get the voice remote that’s the only thing I regret overall This tv does not disappoint

Great TV, first one had a HDMI port issue, Best Buy replaced immediately and the TV has been awesome ever since. Great for gaming, streaming movies etc.
