I purchased the 55" Sony 4K Ultra HD. Did my research online and read reviews on Sony and other brands before going into the store. Therefore had an idea of the type of TV I wanted. I love Best Buy. The employee in the store was great to answer questions and made the buying process easy. Took the TV home in the back of my SUV and hooked it up. (Note that it does take two people to lift and set up.) This is my first smart TV. The only thing I would suggest to Sony is to have a quick access card of some kind in the box to make it easy for a non-tech person to get familiar with the TV remote and basic features of a smart TV without going online to search everything. Otherwise, great picture and I'm very please with my purchase.

This is my first 4K Smart TV and it is an excellent TV. There are a lot of nice features such as auto-brightness adjust and multiple visual settings. The sound from the TV speakers is all you'll need if you don't want to get a sound bar. The only issue with this TV is that it rarely disconnects from the WiFi while other devices have no issue, and the remote is a little finicky.

This is a great 4K TV, has everything I needed for using with my PS4 Pro. HDR, great picture and color and price was right where I wanted to be. Not the top of the line of course but when you are on a budget, this still does what I hoped for. Thumbs up!!

Very nice colors and easy to navigate. With Sony you never will go wrong!!

Awesome tv, great picture right out of the box! Live football mode is great for live sports and really aids lag during fast moving images. Easy hook up with existing systems. Great recommendation!

I purchased both the Sony Bravia 55 inch ultra 4 k HD TV and the Sony sound bar. They were user friendly to set up. I'm having a little problem with the sinc between the sound bar and TV. the picture is great. and the sound from the sound bar is amazing.

I had purchased a Vizio TV prior to this (same size). Was not happy with that picture. This TV is GREAT! Wonderful picture from any angle. I must state that the volume is rather quiet, but I have a sound bar so that solves the problem for me on my end!

Easy to assemble. Plugged in and immediately worked with my Sony Home Theater surround sound. Side by side with my older Sony HD TV, you could immediately see the difference using only over-the-air stations for each. Then used bluray - GREAT picture

Shopped around and found the best price and selection at Best Buy. Choose the Sony Bravia because I loved the last one I bought. Great picture and easy to set up. This tv was recommended by the salesman,and he explained the advantages of this tv well.

Love the Sony 55" Ultra HD 4K. I haven't used many of the on-line features, but love the fact it updated itself this morning. Looking forward to more free stuff through Google Play and PlayStation. Picture is out of this world, and after some initial fuzziness, great upgrade for lower resolution programs.

I bought this tv almost two months ago, and it's working properly. Good image, great color and not too heave for its size (55"), but the sound is not what I expected. I think they need to improve the sound system on this tv. I would give this product 4 stars at the moment and I'm planning to revise my review on this product at the end of this year.

The TV meets my needs. The picture is clear and the color excellent. Overall, the TV is easy to use, looks great in my home, and fits the space perfectly. The Geek Squad installed the TV and did a wonderful job. They were very professional.

I was hesitant to purchase a Sony tv but I have had other electronics from the brand. I'm glad I did buy this tv because the picture and sound quality are superb. I love the smart tv features and it was extremely easy to set up

Going from a 55KS8500 to this guy I was concerned about the 120hz to 60hz difference. To my great surprise and pleasure this TV has amazing colors better blacks and a smooth picture. With a smart hub that has a ton of flexibility.

My wife and I spent several hours looking at TVs. We wanted something that would be bigger and had the capability of downloading apps. We've had a Sony Bravia for about 10 years now and it still works great. We were looking at Samsung TVs and were ready to purchase one. Unfortunately, the store was out by the time we made our decision. We looked around and saw this one. We are so glad that we got it. The kids love it for video games. I love it for its size and the fact that we can download apps on it. It went on sale the week after we bought and we were able to get $100 off of the price. This TV was definitely a good purchase!
