I absolutely love my tv. it is a little complicated to match it with Directv cable. I havent found how to go to "my list" from the tv remote control

This TV was one of the best purchases I've made. Have it mounted in bedroom which is a perfect size. Sound isn't great but nothing a sound bar can't fix.

Wonderful tv for the money. Had a little trouble with WiFi connection as it disconnected once but called and got it fixed easy and quickly.

Great television and the Geek crew that came to install it were superb. This is my second purchase of a big screen TV from them. They are the best!!!

I got the tv right before Christmas as a housewarming gift to myself. I love the clear picture display and the connectivity to the internet. I like having HULU and Amazon Prime right there on my tv instead of watching on my laptop.

Honestly, Sony has not let me down yet. From Televisions, radio/alarm/docking station, sound bar and surround sound systems. I love Sony products.

Went to buy a Sony 55" 1080. But the salesman pointed out that the 4k was on sale and only $200 more, I couldn't pass it up. Great picture, love it

I've always liked Sony video products. With a little adjustment, the color has better balance than most monitors in this size and price range

I am not a high tech person. I tried for three hours to get this TV up and running. I was able to speak to a representative from the help line. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was told to do various different things to set it up, but it would not connect to cable company no matter what I did. I was offered to have the Geek Squad come out and set it up. I declined, due to it would cost an additional $200.00. I am sure this is a good TV, but I recommend knowledge of how to set it up or the willingness to pay someone to set it up. I went back to the TV I was using, and am just fine without the high tech stuff.

Great experience at the store and the employees answered all of my questions and helped me decide what I really needed for my living style.
