Great tv. We had an old Sony before and bought this one recently. Love the Smart features and its clarity.

Sony disappointed me with this model - this was one of their mid-tier TV but it performed like one on their entry-level models. I quickly returned it and purchased a LG 4k TV.

I love my TV just love it. I can use my phone as the remote. Or I can play videos off my phone on to the tv

For $799 the color pallet on this sony is amazing compared to the competition. And the 4k is unbelievable.

The TV itself is great. Image quality is fantasitc. Sound quality is ok (I prefer to use external speakers). But the smart function is really terrible. Takes ages to connect to WiFi, frequently "forgets" the WiFi password, is REALLY slow, keeps interrupting what you are watching because it can't load the video adequately (it's not my internet, the computer works just fine). Bottom line is: if you are willing to spend the extra bucks on an appletv or google play, it's a great TV. If you are not, pick a different one.

This TV has unbelievable clarity. The refresh rate is awesome and the Android apps on the TV run smoothly

This TV is amazing great 4k imaging especially when combined with xbox one s which I purchased with the TV

I did not go in looking for this television. But after all the comparison it seemed like the best deal

This is my first 4K/ smart TV and I am very pleased. Picture quality is great. Wifi and apps work flawlessly. Only downsides are the built in speakers and the remote build quality.

Netflix works great with this TV. I had considered other brands with higher ratings but chose the Sony.

Only problem 2 weeks later Best Buy had it in sale for $100 less than what I paid. I request a refund.

What can I say, Sony! This is another great Sony TV,in my opinion still the best picture out there.

It's a decent TV for the price but I was not overwhelmed by any spectacular picture quality. But my biggest grips right now is that the volume button on the remote is not very responsive, and doesn't always instantly show on the screen how high or low it is going. Also I get an annoying message almost every day about audio not synching. I ignore it.

Nice crisp picture with its details....the colors are vibrant and we've enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

One more sony item in our living room. Got it on deal for 699.99, great TV for the price. Love it!!

The delivery was great, so helpful. Sales was great too all with free delivery and pick up. So easy!

Bought this as an upgrade to my 5 year old Samsung LED, was disappointed with picture quality as my old tv's picture seemed to be better. Played around with setting and it improved, then the tv started flickering, swapped out HDMI cables but no change. Returned it next day. TV was more expensive than others, but quality was lacking. It was a shame, as it had play station bus and would not need additional roku devices.

This is a GREAT TV. Have had many comments about what great picture. Glad we made this purchase.
