Spent a good amount of time with the knowledgeable salesperson. Settled on the Sony because it's picture and features covered the best of both worlds. This is my first 4k TV and I just love the color, brightness and detail.

Really enjoying the Sony tv. It has a nice clear color and was very easy to mount on the wall. The remote is a bit on the flimsy side. IT is not as nicely made as the used to be. Also this tv does not have voice recognition.

went to best buy looking to upgrade our tv, seen the sony display and fell in love with the 55inch 4k. the picture is superb. would highly recommend this tv to anyone looking to purchase a 4k on a budget, alot of tv for the money

My first Sony tv, it has great 4k for my video and games.

After looking at and reviewing many televisions this one had the best reviews. I will say they weren't lying. Very happy with the picture, the remote and setup was easy.

After trying a few different brands previously I always buy Sony TV's now. IMO the XBR line has the best image. The main reason for the 4 stars is this is a 2nd TV and I have a higher level XBR so it suffers by comparison. For the price though it is a great other room TV and noticably better than other brands at the same level.

This TV was easy to hook up and get started. The colors are brilliant! The smart TV apps are easy to access and work with. The sound could be better, but that is with all the new TV's, works well with a sound bar.

Great tv and great picture quality. I notice the remote seems to almost act a little laggy sometimes when changing the volume. I wish you could cast directly from Google home to the built in Chromecast but that is more of a Google issue than Sony. I'm sure it will be available soon. Overall very much worth the price

Very pleased with my purchase. Excellent picture quality along with easy and simple operating functions with easy access to multiple viewings like Netlix and Hulu.

I was planning on getting a "regular" smart TV to replace my old Sony....Soooooo glad I found this one on sale and plunged into the world of 4K! Ah-Maze-Ing! Needing to replace two other TVs in the house...looking this way again. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Besides, it's a Sony, that already means quality.

I've never had a 4K television before this, so I can't say whether this is with all 4K tvs or if this one truly is just amazing, but it almost looks like the shows are in 3D! I mean this in the sense that the subject and background are so crisp and beautiful that it's like you're there rather than just staring at a flat screen! We watched the first 5 seasons of Game of Thrones on an HD tv but picked up from there on this TV and I honestly can't believe the difference! We've begun rewatching our favorite shows to experience them in 4K. I must sound like a hill billy explaining how nice this is! It's not even like I went from an old Tv to this. It was a nice hd tv but the comparison is unreal.

We already have a sony TV about this size, but we wanted a new tv for our den. This tv really has a great picture easy to set up. Everyone says it has the best picture they have ever seen. We love it.

We have had this new TV for 2 weeks now and we can't get enough of the picture. It is a great change from our old bulky flat screen TV. Good price and excellent features. I totally recommend this Sony TV

I checked several brands before going to the store. I had my mind made up on a Samsung until I saw the picture on this one side by side with the Samsung. This one was a little bit more, but worth the price

This is a wonderful TV. Great picture. Lots of great features and apps. Get the app for your phone to control it and you don't have to waste time trying to figure out where someone left the remote.

TV has a nice picture, and the guide function is really great for over-the-air tv. My only complaint is that it doesn't want to connect with the internet, but maybe it's not the tv's fault.

Bought this TV a week before Thanksgiving. Here's the pros: It has a great 4k picture that looks life-like with vibrant colors and great black levels; I haven't experienced any motion blur, even while watching sports; it has a very wide viewing angle; it has sufficient inputs, and; it is very easy to set up and connects easily to phones, tablets and other devices. Here's the cons: like most panel TVs, sound is adequate, but not amazing; it doesn't have much processing power, so it can be easily overtaxed by apps; in fact, if you have too many apps downloaded, some movie and tv apps will experience video slow down where the sound will come earlier than the video. Because of the cons, I mentioned, I would recommend this TV, but only if you plan to use it with another device that can handle the movie and TV apps.
