Quite simply, the picture on this TV is outstanding. There are many picture settings that I still have to go through but just even out of the box the picture quality is so brilliant. Got it when it was on sale for $1499.00 so keep you eye out if your thinking of buying this TV.

I decided to upgrade to a 55" TV but couldn't decide which brand to purchase. I have always owned Sony TV's and they have lasted for many years. I decided to stick with the Sony brand. The picture quality is amazing. Geek Squad delivered and set it up on my wall unit.

I was looking at LG OLED TVs for awhile, almost deciding on one until I started to notice the Sony OLED series. I've had this TV for over a year now and I'm very satisfied that I went with the Sony instead. Their colors seem more natural than LGs.

After much, and I MUCH discussion, measuring, etc., we settled on our 55" OLED A8G Sony. Our sales person Mark, was fantastic and patient. I just marvel at the clarity of the colors and the sound comes directly out of the front of the tv screen and sounds great.

This tv is top notch! Coming from a plasma I'm very happy with the blacks and picture quality! You really cant go wrong on this one. Features and technology make it easy to control my a/v receiver and even my playstation can be powered on from the tv!

This TV has a fantastic picture, but also has great sound as well. The sound comes from behind the screen instead of beside the TV or at the rear. This makes the show you are watching seem very real. Just like they are talking live.. Really nice...

We upgraded from a 40" to this 55" and are very glad we did. My husband loves watching football and I love viewing my photos thru Apple TV. The picture is sharp and clear, colors seem to be true colors. I think we will enjoy this for many years.

I went from a 40" Sony to a 55" smart Sony and what an unbelievable difference. Although there is not a lot of 4K programming on currently, the few shows I have seen are outstanding. I love being able to switch to prime or Netflix with the push of a button. If I have one concern, the sound level is not the best. My old set was good for listening around 30 to 40. I have to crank it up to 50 to 60 on this set. No big deal.

We’ve had and old Sony Tv and it lasted about 13 years and it was time to upgrade, and I have to say this is one of the Best Buy for me & family that we have done, sound is excellent, 4K resolution incredible and functionality easy. Love this TV!

When I first got this tv, I felt like I was at the theater. Sharp, clear, beautiful picture and huge screen. I'm used to it now, but still love it. When a show has a message to read on a phone, I can actually see it. Definitely recommend this tv!

What a great television the picture is the best I have seen compared to ones in store. I have it matched to a 4k dvd player and enjoying it. Got a apple tv box to do some screen mirroring from apple devices.

Picture is excellent for outdoor and bright content. Interior shots can be a bit dark. I have a new Sony sound bar—it has sound drop issues when streaming NetFlix. A bit disappointing considering it’s new Sony to new Sony connection. But overall enjoyment is high. It’s not as “perfect” as I was expecting for the price.

Ended up upgrading to the 65" same model... the wife said, "you. got the small one?" so I quickly corrected myself and updated the order. --- I will note, picking up these TV's curbside is not a great idea. It was fine for me, but I have a large truck. These are very fragile and require that they remain vertical while in transit, moved carefully, and then removed from the box by two people. If I had to do it all again I would go for the free door front delivery, but I am a sucker for instant gratification.

TV is very good and the sound is awesome, but the remote could be much more better.

Just bought this tv a month ago. Very crisp and clear picture. The sound system is very nice too! You don’t have to turn the volume up too loud, even in a large area. Just remember to give OLED tv’s a little tlc compared to others!

This is my first Sony Tv. The colors are vibrant. The detail is spectacular. And everything about it is perfect. I’ve had many brands at a nice size but this Is by far the best. Quality unmatched for the price.

The picture on this TV is amazing! It's super slim and very smart. The only thing that I didn't expect is that it's an Android, not Apple. Not a huge deal but something to consider if you are a die hard Apple fan.

Picture is bright from seconds of turning it on! Controls are relatively easy to operate! My only wish is That setting the sleep timer did not require a completely different menu that shut off the program being watched!

Awesome picture for a 55in. Highly recommended. Can’t tell a difference between this model and the following year. Can’t go wrong with Sony.

We have enjoyed this TV for a month now,beautiful rich picture and good sound from just the TV.The picture we get from DirecTV and Netflix's are great and still not 4K.A little more pricey than others but its worth it.
