While OLEDs aren’t the brightest and can sometimes suffer in bright spaces, with this TV in particularly it’s definitely not the best viewing experience, but I can turn my lights to the daylight setting at 100% and it still looks great. The UI isn’t amazing, but isn’t any worse than the other choices in my opinion, but this is a really subjective part anyway.

It’s not a super bright display, though, which is common across all OLED. I’m not sure it was worth 2x the cost of a standard LED set, so it’s more for the super picky consumer. It’s no problem to view the screen from way off to one side, which does make a difference in our room. The Android TV interface is new to me, but it seems to work well. Google voice control is great when it works, but there have been times where it didn’t seem to be able to hear anything. WIFI has dropped twice, and not by fault of my network. The TV couldn’t see ANY WiFi networks available, so the network adapter must have become disabled. Had to unplug the TV to resolve it. Happened twice so far but not recently.

Good interface and integrates extremely well with Google accounts. Not sure if this TV is worth the MSRP, but I got it at $1200 on sale and it’s totally worth it. Please note: this TV is 4K@120hz but does NOT have HDMI 2.1…meaning it cannot support 4K/120 though an HDMI connection. If you wanna fully utilize the nextgen consoles, you should look elsewhere.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.very nice tv. picture is very good. got it on sale which was a plus. a lot of settings and customizations. a few hiccups getting things to work as they should (built in Chromecast) factory reset fixed everything. working flawlessly. i don't use the tv speakers so i cant really comment on them. i did try them and the sound coming right from the screen was nice and sounded better than regular tv speakers. i have a sound bar hooked up to tv.

A couple days later, Best Buy ran their early Black Friday sale for this tv. I picked it up and decided to pick the best one. The LG was great but the cable up scaling and Netflix picture was just awesome on this Sony! I am not a gamer so the 2.1 HDMI really didn’t matter to me. I returned the LG and kept the Sony. The Black Friday price was too good to pass up. No brainer for me and my main purpose for the tv.

Great picture, with life like colors, especially in dark rooms. The Android TV OS is smooth and along with the voice capable remote, makes it easy to search for movies and tv shows. Seems to work great with various PS5 games (RE8, Fifa), but I have to admit that I'm not the most serious gamer. A little heavy & pricey, but overall, this TV is a must for those who want life like colors.
