    I have this tv for a couple months now , and the oled isnt all that much better that the samsung 80T . Sure the blacks are a little blacker and the whites are a little whiter but other than that minor difference the picture quality is so close that getting super excited spending a little more for oled not really worth it , unless your set on it you can really sit down and watch a movie and say this blows everything out of the park or just trying to justify the purchase . Dont get me wrong it a good tv but so is my 80T .

    We’ve had our new SONY BRAVIA A8H exactly one month today. The picture is fantastic even my dog has been watching. It really shines when watching travel or nature show. Before selecting this model, I spent weeks researching various brands and the Sony was the best. Even the sound emanating from the set is very good. No need for expensive external speakers.

    Our 55" plasma finally went out. It was very good, however, after purchasing this Sony TV, it's easy to see what we've been missing. The picture is clear and sharp. The colors are true and vibrant. It meshed easily with our COX Contour setup. If I had one downside, it would be that there is no backlighting on the remote. Other than that, we love it.

    Love love everything about this tv. This is my first high-end tv. The sound is excellent so there is no need for a sound bar, and the picture quality is awesome. I thought that I wouldn’t watch the additional Sony channels but I do.. the streaming is smooth and clear. I would buy another one if I could.

    I play video games I watch movies and a lot of tv so I had a hard decision to make the cx great video game tv or the a8h better overall tv with out 2.1 hdmi I went with the Sony the colors and the brightness the overall performance was just to good to pass on

    We moved to a new home and needed a slightly bigger TV. I assumed I would get another edge lit LED / LCD, but Best Buy had a great price on this OLED. The in-store sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Love the picture, plenty bright in my family room. Love the very wide viewing angle.

    Thanks to hurricane Ida, we had to get a new tv. Decided to go with a Sony OLED as it came highly recommended by a friend who works at Best Buy. The picture on this is awesome! Was able to pick this up on a deal of the day for ~$1,100. My biggest gripe about this tv would be the speakers.

    Ive had the Sony A8H since August. This OLED TV has one of the best pictures Ive found on a TV at this price range. The Processor is the same one in the more expensive Sony TVs. I found it easy to set up and the use of the Apps within the TV are very nice providing Sony Vision settings with all. The sound coming from the screen is slightly better than any other TV but not using a sound bar is great. Ive only had trouble with the voice assistant locking things up and requiring a reset.

    Excellent picture. The TV (stands) height can be adjusted to accommodate a sound bar in the front of it. Sometimes I felt the TV was very slow to open a Youtube Video. When a sound bar was connected, I could not toggle between TV audio or external audio. It always uses external audio. My iPhone failed to connect to the built-in chromecast many times. It does not find at all though all devices are onnected to the same wifi. Not sure if this was a problem between Android and iOs. very decent buy if you are willing to spend extra dollars.
