If I could I would knock off a bit of the fifth star for app management but the prior Sony tv I had suffered from the same issue. I guess that's just Sony.

Ratings websites tend to be biased and say LG has a better picture, but this has the best OLED picture in the price range. If HDMI 2.1 isn't necessary and all you need is earc, this is the best OLED hands down

Tall, thin with dark hair. He was extremely knowable and knew his products. The tv is crystal clear, beautiful picture. We added a Bose soundbar and it makes all the difference.

I am currently using the sony os but previously had used a roku. That is a bit of an adjustment. Not sure if i will eventually switch back to the Roku but again picture and all is great

Only issue was that the store sales person apparently did not know that the sound bar would not work with the regular TV stand. The installing Geek Sqd guys were able to fix this with another (optional) stand & all was well again. Techies were efficient, friendly, and provided easy to grasp explanations of items operations.
