Sony OLED sound freezes

TV also freezes and the remote doesn't work so I have to unplug. This was unexpected considering its cost. Sometimes have problems connecting to the internet. I should have gotten the store warranty because these problems started after the first month that I had it.

The issues you are having can be fixed by updating the firmware of your TV to the latest version (v6.5042) as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. After the latest firmware is installed, while the TV is on press and hold the power button and choose restart when the option pops up to refresh the content.
