Difficulty with Geek Squad

Geek Squad is impossible to reach, they weren't able to instal the TV without me hiring a separate electrician. Now that's done and I have been trying to schedule another appointment to complete the installation and I have to keep calling the central Geek Squad number and it's impossible to reach it...

Also, the natural color is not good. I have been spoiled for 30 + years because I had a Mitsubishi and the color was exceptional. I am disappointed because now if I want vibrant color on this TV I will have to buy more expensive cables! For the money you pay, every item should be explained thoroughly to the customer at the time of sale!!!
