Can't uses headphones and TV speakers at the same

Extremely happy with everything UNTIL I ordered Sony headphones and after hrs of trying to figure out why I couldn't get the TV speakers and the headphone speakers to work at the same time , find out the A8H series does not support that option. Why on earth would Sony sell a TV that if one person uses headphones, no one lese can listen to the TV.

Thank you for the feedback on your experience with your A8H Sony OLED TV. We apologize for the inconvenience this may had caused you. Good to know you appreciate the overall picture quality. Unfortunately, the TV cannot output sound from both the headphones or Bluetooth audio device and the TV speakers at the same time. Doing this will cancel the TV speakers from being used. Also, the TV doesn't support "Headphone speaker link" option to be able to get sound from your TV speakers and headphones at the same time.
Sound can be output from both an audio system connected to the TV and the TV speakers at the same time by satisfying the following conditions.
- Connecting the TV and audio system using a digital optical cable
- Setting [Digital audio out] to [PCM]

Calibration services available in your area?

The unit shipped to me, however, was way out of wack. Peoples faces had too much brown in them or sometimes pinkish or orange tints. Overall picture quality was very inconsistent in different apps or uses. When I complained to Best Buy, it was reported that calibration services where not available in our area- 1 1/2 hours away. Sony said they would replace the unit with the same model but never called back. So I returned the unit and instead purchased the Sony X950H which I am very happy with so far.

Overrated like all oleds

So much banding, jutter, artifacting, motionblurr, ect ect. I prob won’t buy another oled ever again. I made this assessment after two years of owning it and messing with the settings.

It is perched atop my book shelf waiting fro me to set it up. I have tried to follow the manual instructions b ut to no avail. I can't fid the bluetooth setting on my brand new Sony TV to air int with the sound bar and the sound bar did not come with an HDMi cable .
