Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As beautiful as the picture is, the motherboard burned out on me 3 months after purchase. Thankfully it's under warranty, but it will be 3-6 weeks most likely before Sony sends someone out. Not worth the money at this quality. The only thing good that came out of this is that the folks at Magnolia were incredibly helpful, which I didn't know to expect. If you have a problem, call them FIRST.

This TV breaks after 1.5 years
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a 62" Sony OLED Bravia as a splurge on Dec 1st 2019 and it is broken, less than 2 years later. I turn it on and it won't boot up, 4 red flashing lights. None of the remedies I've found to resetiong it has worked. Not what I expected after dropping 2K. Not pleased, will NEVER BUY A SONY TV again!

Better picture? LOL!

We can isolate the issue by checking the picture quality using different sources (e.g. using different streaming apps, playing picture/video from a USB drive, etc.).
