I just grabbed mine cause it's on sale. I had countless hours deciding between this and the LG CX. but this one has the superior colors, motion, and clarity. The most important things in a tv when it comes down to it. It is absolutely perfect on my ps5 and I can see shadow detail that I couldn't on my Samsung Qled. Unbelievable tv, you can't possibly understand with any words or images, you must lay your eyes on the clarity and depth this screen shows and you'll understand. Just Buy it.

I love Sony products because I have found them extremely reliable. My previous Sony flat screen TV ran nearly 24-7 for 14 years, without any repairs, and was still going strong! I just decided to replace it with this new model, which had more features and better picture and sound, because of more modern technology! I think Sony TV's are the BEST!

The Sony OLED picture is stunning. I am also very happy in how well everyday channels and older content is upscaled. I know this OLED is an LG panel but several things moved me to the Sony. I preferred the Android TV interface for streaming. It is similar to the Roku I had been using and is very fast connected to my Verizon Fios gig internet. I also preferred the Sony remote. It is very slim and easy to use. The third thing I preferred on the Sony was the integrated sound. While a surround system is great for movies and such there are times such as watching the news when basic TV speakers are fine. I think the Sony has one of the best internal set of speakers going.

The picture out of the box met our approval without having to go into the settings and tweaking the absolute perfect color curve. The set-up was a little long. Must of us want a tv that turns on and does it's job without having to go through of list of lawyer induced verbiage and questions. No I don't want to have you in my tv to help you make things better. That's your job to begin with! The sound is good by itself without having to purchase a sound bar, if you are using it in a smaller room like a bedroom. It would be nice to have some options like Samsung does with it's Samsung TV program. Overall quite happy.

Superb picture with excellent detailing. We do enjoy older B&W moves & this set adds new depth & vibrancy to them which was an unexpected bonus. The smart tv functions work well & we eliminated our Roku on this set. The sound was ok but we had a preexisting sound bar that functioned quite well with it so we’re using that. The sound was ok, but a sound bar adds depth. The Geek Squad was excellent, taking away the old broken TV and boxes for recycling. The tech was knowledgeable & set up our remotes as well while maintaining social distancing & wiping down items as needed. Very impressed overall with TV & Best Buy.

Breathtaking Display

After it got delivered and i got it set up I turned it on for the first time to a beautiful crisp clear amazing quality picture. Finished setup and put on some random nature 4K videos to just stare at for hours. Anyway, for the features given and the price point this is in my honest opinion the best TV I’ve ever owned (I’ve had about 16) I tend to upgrade TVs frequently, but I’ll be enjoying this one for A long time.
