    I wish I could exchange this tv for a Sony OLED. I wish I would have bought a Sony OLED .

    Picture is blurry even after tweaking the settings. Sony sound bar connects but the sound is terrible and no sound from the subwoofer. I will be returning this TV. Sony has gone cheap.

      HI Michael,

      We apologize that your experience with the BRAVIA 2 TV and your sound bar has been frustrating and below the quality you expect from Sony. For the blurry picture, please try a quick power cycle of the TV by unplugging it for two minutes and plugging it back in, and then ensure your Picture Mode is set to Standard and check the Sharpness and Digital Noise Reduction settings within the Picture menu. For your sound bar and subwoofer, which rely on a stable wireless connection, try fully resetting both devices by unplugging them for two minutes and then reconnecting them, or manually link the subwoofer to the sound bar through the sound bar's settings menu (often found under Wireless Speaker Settings), as wireless interference is the most common cause of no subwoofer sound.

    Tv is great!!!! The whole process from ordering ...to the installation with the geek squad was the absolute best!! Ben and Dan were great!!!!. The whole experience was the best!!! I will always use Best Buy!!!!!

    Good TV but hard to navigate without a booklet

    The Tv is great and I like Sony, but to tell the truth, I am not that 'computer savvy'and having difficulty navigating the way to use it. Not Sony's "fault," as many manufacturers figure their users are savvy enough using WWW they have no problem. It would help if there was a way to "walk thru" using the TV to get the most out of it.

    Excellent TV this was a great choice. The sales associate at the Fullerton Ca location was very helpful. The installation tech was great installed under 30 mins and great attitude.

    Sony is the highest quality always. Thanks Sony. One issue must be the Stand, which might be so Dangerous at the time of Earthquake. Consumer would need how to clean up TV Liquid on the floor in Crashing. It would be very important.
