      Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Sony - BRAVIA 2 II. We understand how important it is that your TV delivers the best possible picture, and we'd like to help you fine-tune the experience.

      For the sharpness, your TV allows you to customize the picture to your preference. You can do this by going to Settings > Display and sound > Picture > Clarity, and adjust the Sharpness option until you find the level that looks right for you.

      As for the picture not filling the entire screen, this can usually be resolved by adjusting the "Wide Mode" settings of your screen. You can go to Settings > Display and sound > Screen > Wide mode, there you can try the different options available until you find the one that makes the picture fit entirely on the screen.

    Picture is blurry even after tweaking the settings. Sony sound bar connects but the sound is terrible and no sound from the subwoofer. I will be returning this TV. Sony has gone cheap.

      We apologize that your experience with the BRAVIA 2 TV and your sound bar has been frustrating and below the quality you expect from Sony. For the blurry picture, please try a quick power cycle of the TV by unplugging it for two minutes and plugging it back in, and then ensure your Picture Mode is set to Standard and check the Sharpness and Digital Noise Reduction settings within the Picture menu. For your sound bar and subwoofer, which rely on a stable wireless connection, try fully resetting both devices by unplugging them for two minutes and then reconnecting them, or manually link the subwoofer to the sound bar through the sound bar's settings menu (often found under Wireless Speaker Settings), as wireless interference is the most common cause of no subwoofer sound.

    Stopped working 16 days after buying. Tragedy! Best Buy says they can’t help with an exchange since it’s been 1 day over their 15 day exchange policy.
