However I feel a bit let down by the built-speakers. You essentially need a sound bar to get the best from this TV.

I have multiple Sony TV's and this replaced a 50" Sony that developed power up and shutdown issues. I believe this was due to a bad Sony software update so beware of that possibility. Otherwise, great tv brand.

Quick Easy Decision

Only problem was comparing my selection versus others as the TV area was under repair. Rep worked with me on delivery date. TV will not be installed until 9/15 so can not answer questions about TV quality.

I had to find that out the hard way. It will always max out at 100 Mbps. No faster. The good news is although the Bravia 3 advertising doesn't mention it having Wifi capabilities, it does come with built in Wifi. The picture is acceptable. The built in speakers are anemic at best.

We're sorry, but the BRAVIA 3's Ethernet port uses a 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX connector, meaning 10/100 Mbps. Depending on the operating environment of the network, connection speed may differ. The communication rate and quality are not guaranteed. A USB 3.0 to LAN adapter is an option to reach more than 100 Mbps over LAN. The good news is that the TV supports Wi-Fi 6. This unit is Wi-Fi Certified 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax (Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5GHz/6GHz). Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Sony! -Jess

The BRAVIA 3 TV model is not compatible with all apps. The apps that can be installed are limited to those available on the Google Play Store specifically for Android TV or Google TV platforms. However, there are a variety and hundreds of apps for different purposes.
