    The first TV I received have issues with pixels showing and kept losing the network connection. I did call Best Buy to tell them about my dissatisfaction and they did replace the TV at no charge.

    we bought the TV and it was great until there was problem turning back on the TV. we have reset the power plug and still not working. called Best Buy (Geek Squad) about the problem and we had it replaced, and they installed it for us. It is now working so far
