I recently purchased a smart TV (55 inches) from Best Buy Decatur Illinois. It was a very positive experience, both in terms of the salesman in store and installer. The installer (Kurt) went out of his way to ensure that everything about the installation was perfect. I highly recommend this Best Buy store and plan to make future purchase.

Returning this garbage. Picture quality is "just ok" but the software is horrible. I get picture freezing & streaming drops constantly. The sound is pretty bad as well.
I reset this thing several times, but no go. It IS going back to the store fore a refund. Guess I'm going with L.G. or other Jap brand. Bye, Bye Sony!
