    Got the Sony Bravia 3 55”when our old XBR 55” went bad after 15 years. Sony tv optimizes deep natural color saturation. Only downside on the Bravia 3 is sometimes lagged connectivity. But overall Sony Bravia tv’s beats the competition.

    Both in our eighties, and one with eye problems, we needed a larger TV and are very happy with our choice. Fumblers that we are we had to ask Best Buy to send someone to help us with the sound but the agents were prompt and helpful. We are confident that any other problems (doubtful there will be any) will be quickly and cheerfully solved. ‼️

    Nice TV, but small problem.

    Nice TV, great picture. The reason for 4 starts is that once this TV disconnects from WiFi for any reason, it never re-connects to WiFi. Doesn't even show available networks to connect to. If I press restart using remote, the TV goes black. It needs to be unplugged in order to re-start the TV again. I lost WiFi when there was some construction in my area, so it only happened a few times that I had to unplug the TV, but I should be able to re-start TV using the remote.

    Junk Operating System

    The picture is absolutely gorgeous but the operating system is absolutely not ready for prime time. It not only is clunky but gets hung up and freezes forcing me to restart my TV. It stutters on streaming also forcing me to restart the TV. Sony should be embarrassed about putting out a product obviously not finished. I don’t recomend buying this TV until they fix the OS. I gave it 2 stars because of the Operating System

    I bought 3 of these, and all 3 have the same problem, it will just sit there when you try to open an app. Geek squad came out, and well, if the software is up to date, all you can do is restart it, which he said I should only have to do every 3 months or so. I have to do it every morning! It just gets annoying after a while. Everything else about the TV is great, just the inner workings need help.

    I recently purchased a smart TV (55 inches) from Best Buy Decatur Illinois. It was a very positive experience, both in terms of the salesman in store and installer. The installer (Kurt) went out of his way to ensure that everything about the installation was perfect. I highly recommend this Best Buy store and plan to make future purchase.
