I love Sony's tvs always easy to set up and great quality.

I upgraded to this Bravia from an Insignia. The Insignia was a good price but it had some issues with color banding and bloom. This Bravia has neither of those issues. Set up is easy if a bit lengthy. As an Android user, I don't mind the Google OS but I opted out of everything that was optional. I figure they already have enough info about me. The sound is good for tv speakers but I'm using a soundbar. My only issue was that Prime and Netflix movies wouldn’t play one day. I unplugged the TV for about 10 minutes and that resolved the problem. I hope that doesn’t become a regular issue. Overall I am very happy with this tv.

Great tv. I’ve been searching for a tv for my loft and tried several brands but always come back to Sony. Really like this 65 inch screen it works great in the space. I bought the 85 inch about a year and a half ago and really love it in my living. Very sharp picture. So BB had two 65 inch tv’s left at the store (2023 model) so it was a no brainer to get it because the price was less than the 55 inch model. Almost 1800 reviews at a 4.8 rating. If this model is still out there….GET IT!!!!$

We are very happy with our new TV! We’ve always been happy with Sony products! Their quality has always been top notch and reliable. The picture is vivid and clear. The colors are amazing. We were very pleased with the sale price. Delivery was quick and efficient: no damage. My only negative was I obviously misunderstood that delivery wouldn’t take it out of the box. My husband was very ill, and I’m a senior. I wanted to make sure that the TV wasn’t damaged. However, I would highly recommend this TV! We still have to learn all the functions of the “smart system”, but that should be fun (I hope)!

Excellent value and impressive performance. I bought it because of the blue USB3 port (unique to Sony). With a USB3/Gbit adapter, I now have a wired Gbit ethernet connection that fully utilizes my 600 Mbps Internet service. The regular ethernet port, standard on all current TVs, is only good for 100 Mbps. Super streaming!

Great screen. Vibrant colors. Amazing definition. Love the sounds. I had it for a few months now and it works perfectly.

I have owned low end, mid range, and higher end TVs over the years. Tried them all Samsung, LG and Sony… This Bravia 3 in the 55 inch for the price is hard to beat. No, it doesn’t have OLED/Mini LED etc, nor is it 120hz. What it does offer for just a bit over $500 is a nice bright picture, surprisingly good PS5 performance (important as I game casually) and awesome upscaling of DVD/480, Blu-ray/1080 and standard Dish Network/1080 satellite. By the way 4K/HDR content from my Sony X700 4K Blu-ray player is good as well, not as good as the double the price Sony X90K we have but for the money very respectable. The speakers are as with all TVs are just OK. I have a dedicated Denon 570BT 8K AVR driving Bose Acoustimass 5 Series V speakers so I don’t really need great built speakers. If you want a solid, not over priced mid-range TV from a quality brand like Sony you can’t go wrong. It is a perfect basement living area TV. In fact I also have a 43 inch version in a bedroom!

This TV gives me a sharp picture and beautiful color, but the real plus was the service I received. The sales person who helped me knew the products and was able to explain the pros and cons of each. All my questions were answered with patience. The delivery and installation was flawless—and tidy. The technicians did not leave until I had a clear understanding re: how the TV worked. They were patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Best Buy for their outstanding customer service.

This was an unexpected purchase when our 4 year old Samsung 52” Smart TV zonked out without warning. Off to Best Buy we went. A replacement Samsung tv would have set us back $350 compared to the Sony at well over $550, but our aging Sony in the family room has been super reliable with great picture for 10 or more years, so the choice was easy. The new Sony TV has a nice bright picture and while synchronizing the cable remote was a 5 step process, we seem to have it dialed in. TV is used for cable programming and streaming with no issues hooking up to Apple TV

Are there other tvs that are brighter? Yes. Are there other tvs that have deeper blacks? Yes. Are there other tvs with better image processing? I dont think so. Look, if you want a punchy bright vibrant tv get a samsung or tcl. If you want actually great PICTURE QUALITY with crazy good upscaling, get this tv. I walked in ready to buy a tcl qmk6, but the sales rep swayed me to this. No crazy over saturation and really great visual more akin to how directors intended content to be seen. Only negative is slight blooming in really dark scenes but really zero regrets with legendary sony quality.

Replaced an older Sony 55 inch with the new Bravia 3 55 inch. Definite improvement in picture quality, especially color and crispness of picture. Sound quality is better as well. While some find the remote difficult to use I find the brevity of the controls actually easier and more intuitive than the older remotes with more buttons. Access to setup and options menus easier as well. In addition this model has sound settings and controls, like an equalizer, that help tailor the sound to the environment better. Would recommend this tv without hesitation.

I ordered the TV online after reviewing several TVs that were listed on the website. The delivery was free and on time. The delivery personnel were polite and professional. I am not a tech professional, but the setup was very easy. The picture is so clear and the colors are vivid!! I would definitely recommend this TV.

This is our first smart TV, as my spouse is not tech savvy and wasn't interested in getting a smart TV. After several years of coaxing, I finally sold him on the benefits of a smart TV and this week we purchased this Sony Bravia. It was installed today by a fantastic Geek Squad employee and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Having a smaller home, we purchased the 55" model with a Sony Bluetooth-enabled soundbar and it's perfect for us. The images are crisp, clear and bright, and the sound quality without the soundbar was very good. Because my spouse watches mostly sports and action movies, we opted to add the soundbar for the added depth it gives to the audio, which he loves. Though we're not big streamers, tonight we test-streamed content from a few of the streaming apps we occasionally use via our cable box, and the images and sound were great. As the Geek Squad rep was going through our setup today, I saw that this TV has many features that should meet the needs of those who are frequent users of streaming services/apps. We've been Sony TV buyers for a long time and this purchase exceeded our expectations. Additionally, I wish there was a way to recognize the great service our Geek Squad rep provided today. He was so polite, professional and helpful in setting up our TV and soundbar and in explaining our new TV's features to us. He should be commended for the great job he does!

Great TV, picture is clear - I like that the LED is throughout the entire screen and not just on the perimeter, makes for a better experience in general

this is my second Sony TV. The last one operated for over 10 years. I really appreciate the new features on this device, including google TV. Screen quality is excellent and the size fits perfectly in our living room. I highly recommend!

I had a Sony Bravia 1 for several years. This time I tried an LG QLED and was disappointed in viewing angles. So I returned it for this Bravia 3. This is a much improved device over the original. Picture can be adjusted to taste and viewing angles are excellent. Also the TV connects flawlessly to my Denon Surround sound amp using HDMI eARC connection and control. This is a huge improvement over the early model because the eARC use to be unreliable on Bravia 1. This TV has a bright detailed ultra HD picture. Very good buy for the price.
