    So far the this TV has been good. Nice picture and sound and obviously the Sony name for durability. Replaced my old Sony XBR that was 16 years old which was a workhorse.

    Easy setup. Nice picture. Works great for cutting the cable and watching Tv without the monthly bill. Added a Mohu indoor antenna which pulled in a ton of local channels.

  • Happy with TV, not with Best Buy Customer Service

    Got the TV at the Best Buy store in Fair Lakes, Fairfax, VA. Sellers were pushing for a “membership”/product insurance and also their credit card for an extra discount. It’s absurd to think that companies can’t guarantee a NEW product for more than 2 WEEKS! The credit card is a scam. According to the store representative, the transaction didn’t get through, so I didn’t receive any discount. Paid with a different card, but the Best Buy credit card arrived in the mail for nothing. Wonder why Amazon is leaving you out of business?

    This is a great tv. The picture is sharp and vibrant. Our second Sony and this one is even better than the last! Owned a few weeks and no complaints. Sound is pretty good for a tv but I’m using my old Bose soundbar.

    Amazing picture quality at a reasonable price. Had no trouble mounting this on the wall with a wall mount from Sam's Club. Connects easily with an optical cable to a sound bar (we have a Bose).

    I really enjoy this TV, great picture and sound, the only thing is just after a year the screen went out. Thank goodness for Best Buy tech pack, which they replaced the TV.
