    Never spent this much on a tv, so worth it! Black Friday price discount helped though. Color, clarity and sound are amazing. Set up was super easy. The multitude of options to adjust the sound, brightness and color made customizing to our preferences perfect.

    The TV picture is bright and clear. The sound is great as well. This 55 inch tv was pwrfwct for our home. I was disappointed that the installers metely plugged in the unit and left. It took me 15 minutes to break into the remote and anorher two hours to try to configure the tv and set up my streaming services. The technician was no help and it was difficult for me since I am not used to the newer technology.

    I'm able to view & stream all my shows without any difficulty. The tv told me that I didn't have my best picture quality & how to correct that. I'm impressed!!

    Great TV had a little problem with the sound not matching the picture and paid Best Buy Geek squad to deliver and set up the TV. Called them to fix the problem but couldn’t get them to come out for a week. It took me a couple of days to figure it out and it works great. Love the TV but not real happy with Geek Squad. However I have to say that in the past they have taken good care of me.

    Got this to replace a 2016 Bravia and have appreciated the upgrade. Picture quality is amazing when the TV is at eye level, and is at it's best when using the native Google smart tv apps.

    The TV is not very bright and the image is not clear when viewing from off center. The setup for streaming is not intuitive when the av receiver doesn’t have an eARC/ARC HDMI port.

      We also sincerely apologize for the difficulty you encountered with the streaming setup due to the limitations of your A/V receiver lacking an eARC/ARC HDMI port. This is not the seamless experience we aim to provide.

      We suggest a few potential steps that may help immediately with your current setup:

      Increase Brightness: Try adjusting the Peak Luminance or selecting a brighter Picture Mode (like 'Vivid' or 'Standard') in the TV settings. Disabling the Light Sensor or Ambient Optimization features can also sometimes allow the screen to use its maximum brightness.

      Audio Workaround: If your receiver doesn't support ARC/eARC, you can typically use the TV's Digital Optical Audio Out port to send audio from the TV's built-in apps back to your receiver.

      If you would like direct assistance with optimizing the settings for brightness or ensuring you get the best sound from your receiver, please feel free to contact our support team.

    I like colors but sound is not good quality for the tv size. We are planning to buy Bravia bar sound It was easy to setup and light weight to carry it (for a 60 years man like me)

    Previously purchased next size down price wise. Not happy with that picture so I asked if I could return it. I had 30 days so I returned it and got the next size up pricewise. I had no problem. I love the new TV. However, when I went to the store to pick up the new one, it took me 30 minutes to find someone to help me there was no one there. I’m elderly and I kept going back to the desk telling them there’s no one there. Finally, somebody did appear other than that. The transaction went well.

    Love the TV so far with a few comments to reduce the rating a bit. Setting up all the features was a little more complicated than I thought it would be, maybe it's just me. The thing that stumped me for a bit was the setup to run both internal and external speakers at the same time. Once I got the settings right it works just fine. Another comment is that there is some glare on the screen from external light, I had to turn the tv a little bit to reduce the glare. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and the TV after I got it set up the way I wanted it.

    Our old Sony Bravia TV gave us a great picture and great viewing for 14 years! When it finally came time to replace it, we bought another Bravia. This 55 inch TV has a very sharp, beautiful picture and we are very pleased with it. Setup went smoothly and our old Sony soundbar works fine with this TV. BestBuy delivered it free and we are enjoying it!
