Mistake after mistake.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the most diappointing purchase I've made in 25 years, due to the inefficient way the online purchase was handled. The tv finally arrived a week late, and is fine. The paperwork that wasn't handled properly, the emails that I was told I would get didn't come, so all the phone calls to diiferent online people were a waste. And I never did receive the set up that I had paid for but have been told the fee would be refunded. What I wanted was not are refund at the time, but someone who would set the tv and sound bar up properly. That never happened.

Don't ever buy a Sony Bravia TV

After 18 months and very little usage the screen broke after the least amount of ever so slight pressure to pick up the TV. Of course we are out of warranty and are stuck with one of the most expensive TVs on the market that is now useless
