It is awkward for some of us needing to rely on the computer to find all the operating details... However, the product was very nicely and securely packaged. Directions for unpackaging and initial setting it up , were clear cut aand great.

Happy with Bravia QLED Smart TV

It is my first smart TV so I had a bit of a learning curve. I like that I can watch Netflix and STARZ (Outlander!) now!

I also wanted to watch football games. As a monitor, it is great. As an action TV it is the worst. I've tried everything from adjusting their motion to turning it off. Nothing helped. So what I really have is a monitor only.
