    We have LG, Vizio and Samsung TV but needed a replacement for our family room. My sister has a Sony and the picture is so clear, so we decided to get one. We could not be happier! I am ready to replace all TV with Sonys. Easy set up, easy installation and great picture - who could ask for more!

    This TV while it has a good picture has some very strange idiosyncrasies that cause it to just shut down without any warning, and you have to figure out some weird AI trick to get it to come back on. If this continues to happen it will have to be returned to the store. And we'll try something else.

      We’re sorry to hear about these power issues. To fix this, please try a power reset by unplugging the TV for 60 seconds and ensure your firmware is updated to the latest version. We also recommend disabling "Eco" or "Idle TV Standby" settings to prevent unexpected shutdowns.

    We like that the picture quality does not change, it looks good from all angles, even if you are watching more from the side. We also like no trim around the edge our old tv had that. The picture is nice and crisp. We looked at many tvs and this is a great tv in our price range. We would definately recommend.

    This was the 2nd time purchasing a Sony Bravia. It is more complicated to set up than the LG. The sound is superior.

    The Sony Bravia tv was everything that I expected it to be! Last Sony Bravia tv I bought was in 2008 and it just now had a problem.

    In 2020 I made the switch from using another brand on TV to Sony when I bought my first 65" Oled TV, I have been updating all my sets little by little and the last one I bought was the 55" Sony Oled. It continues to perform at a high level and the google software is easy and intuitive to use. Great picture quality and especial when viewing a movie with great film quality.

    The tv works great, but the connection setup for an hdmi soundbar leaves a lot to be desired. It works after you run through a set of trial and error. The documentation is not clear on the setup.

    This Bravia has the sharpest picture my wife and I have ever seen. Even more bright and clear than the Bravia we replaced. It even has more features than the repllaced set. Glad to have decided to get another Bravia.

    Bought this tv a couple weeks ago and used it plenty the graphics are amazing and the build quality is awesome I mean the legs were real metal not plastic so that speaks for itseld

    Had to replace my LG OLED that was developing a burn-in after 6 years. The picture on this is excellent. Colors are brighter and clearer. Set up was very simple. I did not set up the Google part because I watch all my streaming through Apple TV 4K. A great OLED for the price! I have had SONY before and have not been dissapointed.
