    Overall it does have a nice picture but goes dim after awhile. We call Sony and went through power save settings and tried different picture settings with no luck.

    After two geek squad visits they determined the new Sony tv was defective and brought me a new one on the third visit. Also had them install a new Blu-ray player to replace the old vcr/dvd player, so everything should be compatible. I also installed a new antenna on the roof. So now all works fine. I appreciate that Best Buy is an honest and honorable company and kept coming out until the issues were diagnosed and fixed. Thanks Geek Squad!

    Sure, the picture is great. The screen glare and the muffled sound is not. The remote lacks a rewind button, making it harder to use.

We're sorry to hear about your concerns with the screen glare and sound, though. We strive to make every experience top-notch, and it sounds like those aspects didn’t quite hit the mark for you. To achieve the best picture quality, we recommend not exposing the screen to direct illumination or sunlight and avoiding installing the TV in a room with reflective walls and floor materials. Using a brighter Picture Mode, like Vivid or Standard, will also help reduce reflection while watching TV or gaming. As for the remote, we can see how the lack of a rewind button could be frustrating, ease of use is so important! If you are inside an app/streaming app, rewind and fast forward can be controlled either pressing the left or right directional buttons and pause/play using the center button of the remote.     Amazing TV took the risk with open box. TV came without stand and No remote Had minimal scratches along back side - Best Buy Side The TV itself is Amazing great quality pair it up with a sub woofer and it changed the game.
