    this one...Not Bad........ But, I've had better ( in 44 years ) Sony's in past..... bought because I watch mostly in a darkened room. it's ok.... BUT, still, the big-box style ( long gone ) TV's were/are still superior to these WHIMPY ( picture & sound quality ) flat screens ...... BUT SCREEN SIZE awesome & not obtainable without 4 sp ft of room !!!!!

    Pros: 1. Picture quality is good 2. Sound quality is good 3. Stand is sturdy 4. Has a game mode that dramatically reduces input latency Cons: 1. Periodically turns restarts after longer period of use (even after turning off various power saving modes) 2. Does not automatically detect when connected to gaming device and switch to game modes (which is required as latency is sufficiently increased in other picture modes) Overall, I have not been pleased with this purchase. Mainly due to the periodic restarts that frequently happens while I am enjoying content. It will freeze then restart and is good some for some time. Unfortunately this started 2 days after the return period. I will be buying a different TV to replace this one.

      Hi AvgTechUser, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Sony - 55" Class BRAVIA 8 OLED, we understand that it may be really frustrating to deal with a TV restarting, especially while you are enjoying your content, this is definitely not the experience we want you to have. We would like to suggest some steps and settings you can try to solve this problem: 1 - Disable Bravia Sync settings, you can go to Settings > channels and inputs > external inputs > Bravia sync settings > turn it off. 2- Turn off Samba interactive TV, go to Settings > system > samba interactive Tv. 3- Turn on Simple IP control, you can get there through settings > network and internet > home network > IP control > simple IP control. 4- Make sure you tv has the latest software version.
