    The TV quality is great. I am having trouble with apps like PLUTO which won't open. Every thing is updated and my signal is excellent. Don't know what the problem is.

    The tv keeps shutting off and freezing up. It happens almost daily. We have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. It is not a he service because everything else in the house works just fine. We bought it refurbished so I have to assume it’s a bad tv!

    It was a much needed new TV purchase. The picture and color is amazing, love the 55" size. The sound is adequate but knew that going in. We decided not to invest in the soundbar for our TV room space. I'm overall happy with the purchase.

    Overall it does have a nice picture but goes dim after awhile. We call Sony and went through power save settings and tried different picture settings with no luck.
