I’m going back to my 10 year old Bravia that still works like a charm and has an amazing picture.

Sony needs to go back to the drawing board.

Do not recommend.

All settings are correct as they should be. I missed the return window and Best Buy does not handle this brand on warranty so I am in the Sony cycle of trying to get this resolved. Very disappointment as my prior Sony was perfect for years. I would not recommend.

Issues With Streaming

Beautiful Picture!

The last one we had lasted over 15 years with no issues. The only reason we got a new one was because technology has changed and we needed something capable of getting 4K now.

Great so far

Beautiful image and sound was much better than I thought it would be. Haven’t used the features specific to streaming services like the IMAX enhanced, but my 4k Criterion’s looks amazing. A little worried about the long term. Don’t like having to reset it twice within a week of purchasing.

Best TV I’ve had

Overall I love this TV!

Will not work easily with sound systems if at all.

It does not recognize Sonos sound system, audio will not pass through unless you go into settings almost every time and mess with it. If you switch to a different device sometimes it’s tv audio sometimes it’s no audio and sometimes it actually comes through the Sonos which is supposedly capable of Bravia sync but according to this nice picture having piece of junk it is not. When you reach out for help all they want to tell you is to check your cables. I’ve replaced the HDMI cables three times. I’m guessing it ain’t the cables. If you do not plan on using a sound system with this tv then you will probably be happy with it but if you do plan on using it with sound system then do some serious research first.

NOT A GOOD START

Seems to be an on going issue for years according to other reviews and online search. Contacted Sony support and waiting for a response before returning to store. This TV was recommended by employee. Blackouts issues with Sony BRAVIA TV
