After doing research for weeks, in 2022 I decided to buy this TV that is from 2021, but on paper this TV beats them all. Samsung delivers beautiful picture and sound but lack of Dolby Vision ruins it all, so it’s Sony Vs LG in premium television category, and this Sony A90J just offers more than LG C2 even with their Evo panels which this TV already has. Reason for 4 stars is, I had to move my internet wireless router further because connection kept on dropping, and as per support for Sony TV it recommends not to have routers close. Second issue and an annoying one, I have a Bose soundbar and every time I turn on this tv it asks to go through setup for this soundbar. It’s pricey, but Google TV offers all apps compared to others, and that’s a huge win in my book. Reviewers rave about speakers on this TV, still can’t compete with a soundbar.

As for the network connectivity, it is recommended that the TV and router be at least 1 meter (3 feet) apart. Also, try to perform power reset on your TV by pressing the power button for atleast 7 seconds and make sure that the software of the TV is up to date. Phenomenal television at a phenomenal price. Only complaint is that the sound is rather scratchy, so buy a sound system of some sort.

Beautiful picture!! So far everything seems to work well. The menu navigation takes some time to understand. Google doesn’t always work the way you would expect-could be better. Sometimes it does not want to switch to full TV mode. The size was perfect for the space over the fireplace. When it’s off you hardly know its there. Installation team was superb and very accommodating! Would highly recommend. They hooked up our surround sound and walked us through the settings. Purchased as Christmas gift, installed in January - great choice!

Say no to backlights

Ok so the OLED thing is for real and my eyes get less tired when I watch the AO90J than when I watch any other TV with a backlight. The inputs in the back face downward and it's super nice not to need counter pressure when plugging things in or pulling them out I mean if you're the type of person who plugs things in and pulls them out a lot.

Love my Sony OLED tv. This is the best purchase I have ever made. The quality, features and refinement are without a doubt. Google tv is amazing. I still have my 2020 Samsung QLED tv but I simply fell in love with the tv as soon as I saw it in the store. Don't take my word for it. This is my gaming tv so the PS5 is hooked up.

Having the Best fun .. works great with the PS 5 everything else is plus picture quality is amazing my 3rd Bravia you can’t go wrong , I still have a 2009 model that still works and looks great , Best T.V IMO..

Geek squad returned to set up my speakers Blu-ray and receiver. The speakers were reordered because of their better design for my setup. The team is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job measuring to mount speakers, calibrate them and then making sure all the remotes worked well.

The Sony XR A90J is absolutely the best TV I have ever owned. The picture quality is outstanding right out of the box with standard picture mode. Seems like I am viewing on a broadcast monitor. It is that good. Excellent Color, Hue, Brightness, Contrast, and Sharpness. Very powerful picture processing. Excellent upscaling. Even motion smoothing works well without artifacts. Sony must adjust the picture individually and calibrate each of these before shipping. Every time I watch this TV it amazes me how good the picture is! Sound quality is very good and can really be enhanced with a Sony HT-A7000 soundbar that is designed to link to this TV. The best part of using this soundbar is that it can utilize the TV's built-in speakers and be controlled by the TV. Every feature of this TV is well thought out and top notch. If you want the best possible 4K TV available at this time, this is it beyond a doubt. The Google TV system is easy to use and allows simple but powerful way to control and stream TV.

Sony Bravia A90J – Stunning Picture Quality⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Sony Bravia A90J is an absolute masterpiece. The OLED panel delivers perfect blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible contrast, making every movie and game look breathtaking. The XR processor enhances upscaling and motion handling, so even older content looks sharp. Google TV is smooth and user-friendly, and the built-in speakers sound surprisingly rich for a TV. If you want the best home theater experience, this is it! Highly recommend.

So far so good as is frequently said... This is the very best TV I have ever owned! Blackest of blacks. Fantastic & well-defined stunningly beautiful colors. The very sharpest of pictures without image degradation. The best native sound in any flat screen I've ever used or owned. Most intuitive & useful remote consisting of a robust, exquisite and elegant all Aluminum shell with backlight that comes on when the remote is handled. It assists me with seeing & manipulating the well constructed, user friendly and responsive buttons as well as other controls. This TV really has it all including a lightning quick processor which interfaces very well via WiFi and has yet to leave me "stranded" with a perpetual rotating "arrow" which so many TVs frustrated me with prior to this one. The Sony Bravia A90J TV is a pinnacle of form, function and usability that's made watching streamed (and other content) easier. Watching TV is more pleasurable now than I believed it could be! This is my second Sony Oled and it is even better than my A8g 65inch. Setup was easy and the picture quality is amazing. The remote has the main shortcuts for apps and is backlit for ease of use in the dark while watching movies.
