One of the hdmi 2.1 ports is the ARC so you really only have 1. My xbox was lagging till i switched it to the hdmi 2.1 ports and it fixed it but now my PlayStation is lagging ao i have to go back and forth switching them if i dont want lag

Excellent all around performing tv

Having a somewhat bright living room, I was worried about brightness and reflecting but this tv has well beyond the brightness and refraction of my previous edge lit tv. The motion and contrast is excellent as expected with an OLED. Formula 1 looks awesome! I listen through a stereo system so I'm biased but still thought the tv speakers held their own quite well for what they are. The software and remote are great. Easy to navigate menus and I was surprised to learn the remote will also control my Playstation. Games look great btw. I haven't witnessed any of the competitive tvs in the same price point but this seems like a good deal in price in my mind.

I contacted best buy customer service they said I need to call sony first before I contact them.

This was not the case. When I got home my TV was connected to one controller and to turn my sound up I had to use the other controller. Of course I was not home to see over all of this or I would have questioned the out come. I paid the money for the 4K and glad but the connection off all the components I am not happy at all!

Have this 55 inch TV in a 12’ by 13’ room and sound is good. Glad I didn’t get larger. Going to pass on buying a sound bar for now. Owned Sony tvs for the past 30 years and this one does not disappoint me. Glad I purchased it. Older top end Sony tv worked well just wanted a larger tv.

I mainly use it to watch movies, so I appreciate knowing this flatscreen’s specs meet Sony’s highest standards. It’s also great to know it’s calibrated to watch Netflix shows at their best. Even YouTube videos look fantastic. 4K Blu-rays pop in a way I’ve never seen before. Truly extraordinary!
