    My salesperson helped me decide on a new TV to replace It's so mean very happy with. We looked at different sizes. And the question was, when is big big enough? When is big too big? Considered the space where my old t v icon and decided on one little smaller.When it was in place installed, it was perfect.It looks huge, she said the right size will look perfect there.And she was right, thank you, tina.

    Best of the best was a replacement for previous model A95k, latest software updates. When superior source material become standard/avaliable, unit will truely shine.

    Perfectly okay but completely overpriced. Not that special I couldn’t see a difference between this one and one I bought for $200 a couple of years ago

    SOUND STOPS WORKING AFTER A YEAR

    I purchased this television last summer. I have 3 other Sony TVs that are over 16 years old with no repairs. The sound on this one stopped working after slightly over 1 year. We only use this tv for about an hour a day. It is out of warranty (only 1 year), so now we are either stuck with replacing a board for hundreds of dollars or replacing it. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

      Before considering a repair, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to rule out a software glitch:

      1. Restart: While the TV is on, press and hold the Power button on your Sony remote for about 10 seconds until the TV restarts.

      2. Isolate the Issue: Please check if the sound is missing across all inputs, including integrated apps (like YouTube or Netflix), to confirm if the issue is internal or related to an external device.

      3. Factory Data Reset: As a final step, you can perform a factory reset to clear any potential software errors. Go to Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory data reset > Erase everything.

    Not what you see in store

    Picture on regular stations is outstanding but if you’re watching movies or shows with nighttime or lower light levels it all turns black. No contrast just black.

    Heaven Help You If You Have To Deal With Sony

    I've been a Sony owner for over 50 years. Also, my last four Sony TVs have been purchased at BB. Up until my purchase of the A95L I could not have been happier with Sony products.... until now. Unfortunately, I let the BB 15 day return policy lapse and I am now in conversation with Sony. They have made me jump through so many hoops, videos, customer service reps and they always default to my issue is being reviewed by the engineering department. All I will say is if your Sony product(s) work like mine have for 50 plus years you're a winner. If you have just one issue like I am having today good luck dealing with Sony customer relations.

    Biggest mistake!

    I purchased this tv July 21, 2024 and it is now Dec, 9 2025 and it turns off bu itself, at first it turned off when I was gaming on the xbox now it turns off watching amazon prime on tv app! I spoke with sony customer support and they tried remote support and changed some settings and it did nothing. The tv only had one year warrrany so I dont know what to do !!
