Salesperson was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as were each of the employees responsible for collecting payment and scheduling delivery. They used So Cal Delivery and the delivery went off without a hitch. Ours is an awkward and challenging access - you’d never have known that. The guys arrived prepared, had correct tools and understood what to do. So impressed. The best part? The clothes are so clean and fresh after washing. SO happy with this purchase.
