Do not expect much help from Geek squad the customer service is horrible and very unhelpful when you call after they leave from what suppose to have been hanging tv and setting up sound bar . Did not work properly . Ended up doing sound bar myself . WhT a waste of money having them come . Plus I had to take off work to meet them so lost money there . TV. Seems ok

Overall a good set, but not worth the extra money due to the slow and frankly lousy google operating system. Look elsewhere. Sony is also not all the user friendly for apple products.

The only concern is when I open the spectrum guide, the background shows vertical lines which makes me think settings display settings are not quite where they should be. I donk think it is a product issue, it’s More so an operator one. (Me)

It has features that my old smart tv did not have. I especially like being able to control my cable box with the tv remote, and the buttons on the remote that let me access other services without a fire stick.

Check for dead/stuck pixels

I definitely recommend it over any edge lit or direct lit TV. When there is a completely black scene in a movie, the TV looks as it was turned off (even in the dark). With my old TV, it would look bright grey. However, it took me 3 tries to get a Sony TV without any dead pixels.

CHECK THE SOUND BEFORE YOU BUY

We have been extremely frustrated and disappointed in the sound. We've gone on-line for the User Manual and followed all the steps to the Sound adjustments, etc. Nothing helps! The sound still has too much treble and also a lisping sound. Now we either return the product and pay a restocking fee or buy a Sound Bar to see if that corrects the problem. Our previous Sony was so great and lasted 15 years! Very disappointed in the tv and the lack of help you receive from Best Buy.

Excellent Sony 4K TV
