Great TV, just thick

I have LG OLED's in my other rooms, but my bedroom is where I watch the least amount of TV so I just wanted a great LED set. This is great TV with every feature I can think of. It works seamlessly with my Sony soundbar and I really love the Google TV operating system. It's the only tvOS I've seen that has Youtube TV integration. The only negative with this TV is how thick it is. It is a full inch thicker than most other LED's, and almost an inch a half thicker than comparable Samsungs. I would love to see Sony work on slimming this model down. Kudos to the Manalapan NJ store and their Geek Squad installer. They did a great job for me.

Don't recommend.

This TV was covered under the original manufacture warranty but the replacement X90L was only given a 90 day warranty. Both failed with no picture or sound. Just a flashing red light. I had purchased Sony Protect but I can't recommend that either - they won't cover the replacement TV.

Black spot on screen after only a few months

What you may be seeing is one or more of the greater than 2,000,000 dots that make up the composition of your LCD or OLED screen. These dots (also known as pixels) may appear red, green, blue, white or black.
High-precision technology is used to manufacture LCD and OLED displays to maintain a high standard of operation. However, with all LCD/OLED screens, regardless of manufacturer, there may be a small number of dots that do not change color. This is normal operation for LCD and OLED screens for all manufacturers. Most defects are only noticeable when an all-white or all-black picture is displayed and shouldn't be noticeable under normal operation.
Because a defective pixel or pixels is normal on all LCD or OLED screens, there's a high chance that a replacement screen may also have them. It's possible that the replacement could have more defective pixels or the pixels may appear in a more noticeable position.
Notes:
Debris on the screen can appear as dead or defective pixels. Clean the screen thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth to confirm whether or not the issue is actually a defective pixel or due to just dirt or debris.

Crisp, clear pic! Right out of the box!

The picture was incredible, and so easy to work and figure out, it picked up my Roku Stick right away! The picture was insanely crisp, and clear, right out of the box, no fussing with anything at all. Just plug it in and start watching, literally! I don't even need to wear my glasses to read the subtitles! The only thing difficult about this tv is how heavy it is. It's my 1st tv that is 65", I thought I could handle it myself, but I could not lift it to the top of the dresser! Be sure to save the box and packing for further moves, then you can move it alone.
