Looks like gauze placed over it. I called for service and the two people they sent out were not helpful. One told me I needed a new cable and she had one for sale at $40.00. She installed it and I later found out Comcast provides them for free. She also said I needed a higher speed of intrenet for max picture. I have 800 and Comcast said I did not need any more. Bad service.

Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears → select Restart

My biggest complaint is vignetting at the corners is distracting (the corners are darker), especially if you’re even barely off-axis.

You can change the motion settings on your TV to your liking. The better the source material for example, going from HD to 4K will increase the realistic look of the picture but you can customize settings to your liking. Hope this helps. -Craig
