It's so loud and painful! Sounds like someone has a bad vacuum in my TV! I had to get this delivered because of its size and now my only choice is to bring it in store for a return on my own without any help? Will it even fit in my car? Do better Best Buy! My 6-year old Sony 55 inch tv doesn't do this, only the new ones apparently. I have 3 Sony tv's in my house, this new one I just bought is trash. Won't be buying another Sony ever!

We're sorry to hear about the issue with this TV. We apologize for the inconvenience. Is this issue happening on both TV apps and external device (ex. cable box)? Is there an audio device connected to the TV like a soundbar or headphone? In this case, we recommend disconnecting HDMI devices to the TV and perform a power reset. Restart the TV with the supplied remote control (easiest): Press and hold the POWER button until a menu appears → select Restart Press and hold the POWER button until Power off appears on the screen.

Can't remove offensive Apps listed. Feel like I wasted over $1300 dollars and now am stuck with the TV.
