I have closed and canceled this account and paid the balance in full. I have always used these stores for all my entertainment products. I have given everything but the tv back for credit. This account is now zero. I have disputed the hard inquiry and at this point never will do business with you. I have points I will use but have a VERY BAD taste in my mouth from this incident.

Most apps crash, support from sone does not exist. Run as far away from Sony as you can. That said the people who work at Best Buy are great...

Fantastic Picture, Poor Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor sound but we have a Samsung soundbar and that works great. 1 big thing is that every channel we tune too has a different volume. Very annoying and didn't have that with our last TV. 2nd thing is that each time I turn on the TV it opens on the home screen and not on the last channel when the TV was shut off. Picture quality is very good and refresh rate is awesome.

Getting the job done

The issue I needed. I wish I could remember who it was of the banishment, but the first person did not help us at all but I believe it was either the assistant manager or manager of the store, and the partner of his that work together to resolve my issue I couldn’t be more thankful, but it was the Crystal Lake store and if you ask them about this TV that I got the Sony, it’s the higher priced one for service was above and beyond
