    No one told me i was buying a 2023 model. When i purches anything I would like the newest version. No real help or onfo about what i was buying. Should i just buy from Amazon?

    Failed before the one year mark

    Worked great until it failed. What a waste of money. My $200 sharp tv lasted 6 years before it failed. So i paid more money to replace it with the sony bravia and it didn't make it past the one year mark. Now i have to go through the pain of working with Sony warranty.

    Pixels Out. Twice.

    A couple of days after the TV was delivered, I noticed a pixel out. Had it replaced, and that day, I noticed more pixels out. Even more noticeable than the first time. I may consider another brand because of this. The TV also has terrible blooming and noticeable dirty screen effect. C'mon, Sony.

High-precision technology is used to manufacture LCD and OLED displays to maintain a high standard of operation. However, with all LCD/OLED screens, regardless of manufacturer, a small number of dots may not change color. This is normal operation for LCD and OLED screens for all manufacturers. Most defects are only noticeable when an all-white or all-black picture is displayed and shouldn't be noticeable under normal operation. Please check this link for more details:

    Okay TV. Clear picture as long as you are directly facing TV. At side view the picture is foggy and not clear.

    Best Buy is a Poor Choice to Buy Sony TVs from

    This is the worst TV I've ever owned and Best Buy doesn't want to help us with it. Never connects to internet without multiple tries and logging out and back in. We have 3 other TVs where this does not happen. Best Buy's answer is to go deal with Sony directly.

    Has major lip sink problems…. Have to adjust the volume every time something comes on for being a sony product… Sony has been around 50 years that’s the best y’all got … shame on you Sonny shame on you. That’s a no-no.

      Please adjust the A/V Sync Settings on the TV. Press Quick Settings button, press it and select Settings. If not, press the HOME button and select Settings. Select Display and sound → Audio output → Audio system settings → A/V sync → Auto or On.

      If your TV has Sound mode settings, changing the Sound mode to a setting other than Dolby Audio, such as Standard, may improve audio sync.

    Green picture after 3 days of use. Sound present but apps appeared on screen went green. Unplugged to fix, fine but after TV was turned off. Turned on ...green screen. Returned

    I bought the 55 inch X90L and the quality and accuracy of the images it displays is truly stunning. Watching this television makes it hard to look away, even during commercials! The images are so crisp and lifelike and the colors are so accurate! Not oversaturated like some of the bargain competitors. The same can be said of the brightness! It is a bright television, but it is extremely well controlled and insures you are seeing the most realistic images of all manners of content. I am watching my old blu rays again because they look so much better on this Sony TV! The very same can be said of all my streaming content! Just awesome! I have a background in electronics and I have to say it is the quality of the components and the industry standard image processing that makes it amazing. To me, it feels that there is a very seasoned image display team perfecting each image prior to display! I would have paid more for the quality and the images this television delivers! It is a HUGE VALUE!
