    Best Buy is a Poor Choice to Buy Sony TVs from

    This is the worst TV I've ever owned and Best Buy doesn't want to help us with it. Never connects to internet without multiple tries and logging out and back in. We have 3 other TVs where this does not happen. Best Buy's answer is to go deal with Sony directly.

    Has major lip sink problems…. Have to adjust the volume every time something comes on for being a sony product… Sony has been around 50 years that’s the best y’all got … shame on you Sonny shame on you. That’s a no-no.

      Please adjust the A/V Sync Settings on the TV. Press Quick Settings button, press it and select Settings. If not, press the HOME button and select Settings. Select Display and sound → Audio output → Audio system settings → A/V sync → Auto or On.

      If your TV has Sound mode settings, changing the Sound mode to a setting other than Dolby Audio, such as Standard, may improve audio sync.

    Green picture after 3 days of use. Sound present but apps appeared on screen went green. Unplugged to fix, fine but after TV was turned off. Turned on ...green screen. Returned

    I bought the 55 inch X90L and the quality and accuracy of the images it displays is truly stunning. Watching this television makes it hard to look away, even during commercials! The images are so crisp and lifelike and the colors are so accurate! Not oversaturated like some of the bargain competitors. The same can be said of the brightness! It is a bright television, but it is extremely well controlled and insures you are seeing the most realistic images of all manners of content. I am watching my old blu rays again because they look so much better on this Sony TV! The very same can be said of all my streaming content! Just awesome! I have a background in electronics and I have to say it is the quality of the components and the industry standard image processing that makes it amazing. To me, it feels that there is a very seasoned image display team perfecting each image prior to display! I would have paid more for the quality and the images this television delivers! It is a HUGE VALUE!

    This is a fantastic TV in every possible respect but what really sets it apart is the quality of the image processing. It does so much better with motion and upscaling than the Samsung it replaced and than every other TV I looked at in this class. Perhaps some can match it for lower money on high quality 4k signals but for watching upscaled YouTube TV type sports streaming, this is hard to beat. Sony has amazing image processing. It also gets more than bright enough. So bright I have to turn down the brightness.

    Good picture. The screen tends to reflect interior light. The sound bar provides good hi fi sound, although not stereophonic. The sound bar blocks the sensors on the screen that are activated by the remote. My wife has to get up to perform some functions. The instructions are so complex I have not attempted to do anything with the set yet.
