    The best bang for buck. OLED really coming through with the 120hertz super smooth picture. Stranger Things has never looked so awesome!

    I have only recently set up and have not had the chance to actually watch a movie or integrate with other home theater components, hence my 4 star vs a 5. But the setup was straight forward, and easy to use with my wall mount. The design is slim which helps keep everytning looking good. I am excited to use more!

    I believed that the picture quality would be far better than sold to me !!! The voices were to be much better for someone with hearing aids as they projected in store ???? That is not the case .

For the voice clarity issue, we recommend going into your TV's settings and navigating to Settings > Display & Sound > Sound > Sound Customisation to try activating the Voice Zoom feature, which is designed to isolate and enhance dialogue. If you are using a soundbar or receiver, ensure the audio is set to a "Voice" or "Dialogue Enhancement" mode for the best results, as the in-store demonstration may have used optimized external equipment.

    The last one was a Sony Bravia about 8-10 years old. It had aging issues, but not picture. This TV does not look any different to us. We replaced it because it was coming on by itself, slowing..

    The picture quality is amazing especially paired with ps5. The reason I am only giving it 2 stars is because mine shut off 4 times within owning it for a week! It got stuck in power cycles and I had to constantly unplug it from the wall so I returned it

While we are glad you were able to see the "amazing" picture quality when paired with your PS5, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the TV shutting off repeatedly.

      Having to constantly unplug a brand-new television is certainly not the seamless, premium experience we aim to provide. While we respect your decision to return the unit, we would have loved the opportunity to troubleshoot this with you, as software updates or a factory reset often resolve these types of startup behaviors.

    Not satisfied with the picture quality it’s an OLED and the picture quality is no better than my 98 inch LED Samsung that I purchased three years ago.

    they forgot to include the tv power cord i only realized after the tv was mounted so i called and asked if i can come pick it up and they said id have to return the entire tv. i told them that wouldn’t work for me id rather buy a new power cord. they then said they would call me back and maybe give me a gift card for the price of the cord and never called back.
