I wish moving foward feedback to sony.. make remotes white or lighted buttons and not to slim because its to easy to drop and break.

But the setup was straight forward, and easy to use with my wall mount. The design is slim which helps keep everytning looking good. I am excited to use more!

The voices were to be much better for someone with hearing aids as they projected in store ???? That is not the case .

We are sorry to hear that the picture quality of your 55" BRAVIA XR8B OLED TV and the audio experience have not met the expectations set for you in the store. For the voice clarity issue, we recommend going into your TV's settings and navigating to Settings > Display & Sound > Sound > Sound Customisation to try activating the Voice Zoom feature, which is designed to isolate and enhance dialogue. If you are using a soundbar or receiver, ensure the audio is set to a "Voice" or "Dialogue Enhancement" mode for the best results, as the in-store demonstration may have used optimized external equipment.

It had aging issues, but not picture. This TV does not look any different to us. We replaced it because it was coming on by itself, slowing..
