We also appreciate your feedback regarding the remote. While it's designed with a minimalist layout for simplicity, we understand your desire for a numeric keypad and a channel jump feature. You can access a virtual numeric keypad and other functions by pressing the "Menu" button on the remote. This will bring up an on-screen menu where you can find and select the channel you want.

I wish moving foward feedback to sony.. make remotes white or lighted buttons and not to slim because its to easy to drop and break.

No sleep timer

The sound was as you would expect for a thin tv. We ended up returning the TV because it does not have a sleep timer to turn off the set. We bought a Samsung OLED and are very happy with that. Both were priced within a few bucks of each other.
