Terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they forgot to include the tv power cord i only realized after the tv was mounted so i called and asked if i can come pick it up and they said id have to return the entire tv. i told them that wouldn’t work for me id rather buy a new power cord. they then said they would call me back and maybe give me a gift card for the price of the cord and never called back.

That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. While we understand your decision to return it, we’d love the chance to help troubleshoot this before you head back to the store. Sometimes a simple setting, like an "Idle TV Standby" timer or a Bravia Sync (HDMI-CEC) conflict with another device, can cause the power to cycle.

Wonderful Purchase

It really does do what all the reviews say which is bring in a professional, high-quality viewing experience with everything you watch. Even when watching low quality or older movies/TV shows, you can see how great the upscaling is with the processing. This TV was a wonderful purchase and a great deal at the price and would highly recommend purchasing, you will not de disappointed. Also, I like how the sound comes from the screen, it elevates the viewing experience
