New Sony had a defective screen..Geek Squad brought a new one right out and installed it...again, awesome. Great experience with Best Buy and the Squad! Love the new Sony!!

Completely spiderwebbed once touched by anything. So sad for such an expensive tv. I would recommend this for people who do not have children.

Only thing it has a big power supply on the cord. Sony, built it Into the tv bro c’mon man. All the other tv brands are doing it.

It adapted to my universal mount with supplied hardware and at 30 lbs for a 55 inch unit was easy to handle. The software initiation was done via cell phone and completed quickly without incident.
