Every time I turn off the tv, I have to reset it by unplugging it as the bloothtooth speaker doesn't play. It says it is connected bit there is no sound. The picture quality is great, though.

We love this TV exceeds my expectations! We have only had it a short time but no problems and the TV preforms as promised.

From start to finish, this was a good experience. Geek Squad came and installed it all with excellence. Super happy camper!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this tv and compared to others brands. Sony hands down has the best complete package.

The TV responds slower than my 2007 Bravia with remote. However, the remote ties in and controls all my peripherals. Very happy!

4K with the best resolution gives us the quality picture we were seeking. We love the sound bar and the TV mounted on our wall.

I am super happy with my Sony. Best buy had a deal on it and I am very pleased with the quality I got for the price.

My wife and I are both so distracted by the changing backlight on this TV, that we are returning it. We were expecting blacker blacks and better picture that our previous HD Bravia. The 4K resolution and colors are great, but the blacks and changing backlights are so distracting and awful looking that we cannot put up with it. I also don’t know what’s going on with Sony: HDR is disabled by default and never works on HDMI input 1. Spent hours googling how to get HDR working. What a terrible user experience getting this set up.

This is a top of the line product for tv’s in this price range. After one month we’re totally pleased with our purchase.

This was our 4th time to Best Buy (47 miles one way) to replace our M60 VIZIO tv. This Sony 55" was supposed to be a top of the line 4K Ultra HD with HDR. Turns out HDR don't work when connected to a coaxial antenna. Picture was terrible and the GEEK Squad agreed with me after testing it. Bought the LG 7700 series 60" and it's nice, but still doesn't compare to the picture on the VIZIO. Tried a VIZIO as a replacement, but found out that over 50" screen VIZIO has NO TUNER! VIZIO's are just monitors now... SO SAD FOR VIZIO.

It has been an excellent TV. No complaints! We connected to Sonos soundbar and works beautifully.

Had a Sony lcd tv previously. Also bought it at Best Buy, 9yrs ago. Figured it was time to upgrade. Very worth while!

I had to choose between this or the Samsung 8500 series and I picked this. Colors, design, features all great. No regrets.

Bought this 4k TV ,a JBL sound bar, and an x-box 1s. I love the set combination. 4k is great. Salesman was very helpful.

This sony 4k lcd is awesome. Highly recommended for movies, and streaming videos. Also great if you play video games.
