After 2 months, the remote would lag and work a with a few button pushes and then stop, then later a few buttons would work and then stop. They sent me a new remote and the same issue. Four calls later, Technical assistance is reviewing with engineering to see if they can find a fix and get back to me next week. I purchased the tv Nov 30, 2017 and it lasted only 2 months. DO NOT BUY THIS TV - it does not work right shortly after purchase. It refuses to communicate with the remote intermittently making it impossible to watch.. This tv is in our living room and does not work. I am just sick about how much money I spent for a product that does not work. Sony has refused to refund me the tv so I can buy one that works. Sony has not worked out the bugs and it is way too expensive to not work.

The 4k image is stunning and paired with surround sound it's an amazing movie/video game experience.

The picture does get bluggy in fast action..it some times cant catch up in fast action movement.

I just recently purchased the 900e 55 inch for 1699, priced dropped to 1499, Best Buy refunded me the 200 dollar difference and I couldn't be happier, it's a huge upgrade over the 930d from last year for the same price currently. Blacks are the best for an LED close to OLED. Has the new 2017 X1 HDR processer and can play any video source from 24p to 60p with no Judder, native 120hz and let's me play pc games at 120fps 120hz at 1080p which many other tv's can't do that right there makes this TV amazing, 30ms for gaming which isn't bad for a TV. Amazing HDR and a load of wonderful extra features that you will just have to try them all for your self. Love this tv!!!

Great image quality when sitting directly in front. If viewing from the side blacks become gray.

I purchased this 4KTV strictly for gaming with an Xbox One X and PS4 Pro. I was previously gaming on a Samsung KS8000 which had far superior quality for less money. I ended up returning this set for a TCL 55P605 which is about $350 less and produces equal to or better quality.

Know what you want a TV to do. Look through the operating system of all make before buying.

The adapter I purchased while expensive is a quality one which I would purchase again.

TV is as you would expect, only complaint is it can be jittery during action scenes.

I am most dissatisfied with this TV because just turning it on is very frustrating. It does not come on the first time you click it. Second when I do get it on there is no voice and then I have to use another component to try to get the voice on! For the price and the workings of this product it is not worth the money.

Bought 12/17. Exactly 2 weeks after 1 year warranty TV's operating system started going into a reboot loop. Sony replaced the motherboard. Now 8/19 TV will just shut off on its own and won't turn on for 1 hour. Called Sony support today for troubleshooting advice. They said it was out of warranty and they will send me an article for trouble shooting the problem. Article said press power, if it doesn't turn on schedule service. Called to see how much out of warranty repair would cost. $195 to diagnose plus parts. Not going to put any more time or money into a $1200 TV. Hopefully Sony figures out their issues but have lost a customer.

Visually, the tv looks great. We are still fine tuning it for color, sound etc.

Loving the TV for the bedroom. I have the same TV in 65 inches for another room.

This TV is not too bad. The resolution is nice. I would recommend this to everyone.

After very much comparison searching I could not be happier with my decision.

This TV is not as smart as I thought it still needs a Roku for some services
